Choosing a Diet

Written by on ,

Diet is much more than cutting calories and exercising 30 minutes four times a week. Take this perspective, your mind is greater than any computer on earth. Why? It creates, it was a dream, he studied at high speed and, as some scientists believe, may contain the core of your soul. No less is the rest of your body, as well as a natural wonder.

So when choosing a diet, watch out for this low down dirty rotten:

Carbonated beverages. High sugar and no nutritional value, carbonated drinks rob your system of magnesium, calcium and vitamin A, all the key ingredients for weight loss. A typical twelve-ounce cans of cola has 7 teaspoons of sugar in it. Cut one may one day you will lose weight 16 pounds per year.

Potatoes. In potato starch and carbohydrates cause insulin spikes which increases hunger. Fries, in butter, more salty and dense calories without this addition.

Portion control. The restaurant has trained us all to eat larger portions. However, when the average dieter read labels, one serving of food is only about one-half cup. Just good enough to fit in the palm of your hand cupped. One 3-ounce serving of meat is only the size of a pack of playing cards. So most people take in two to three times the calories they think they eat.

Improper food combining. Did you know that animal protein and high starch foods such as potatoes do not have to be eaten in the same meal? Or eat sweets at the end of the meat and taters eat bad for you? This combination led to a difficult digestion, food is processed in your intestines and toxins build up in your colon.

Emotional eating. Now most people have seen the episode of "The Biggest Loser" on TV. Each episode of someone related to emotional eating. Diet will fail if you are constantly grazing because your emotions. Addressing these issues before you ever plan to diet.

Drug. Check the labels and look for online drug effects. More vulnerable is an antidepressant drug, diuretic, and sleeping pills.

Wheat and your diet. Wheat has an addictive quality and increase appetite. Wheat cause sugar spikes, and increased blood sugar. When I say wheat, I mean bread (all types) cakes, cupcakes, pasta, pastry and pizza dough. And check the labels on processed or box dinner, I'm sure you'll find wheat processed on them too.

Alcohol. After just one drink or a beer, your metabolism drops by a whopping 25%. Now how are you going to burn extra calories to lose weight? Alcohol made from wheat, corn or other products and have zero nutritional value.

Exercise. We have all been told to exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes. That way steadily to increase muscle mass and lose body fat right? Lean muscle weighs more than fat one and you may see the scale go up. Instead try high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout pattern of short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery period.

Okay! Now go to choose the diet and start losing those pounds. Just remember that it's not all count calories again.
