Meaning Phobia

We are born with only two fears. Fear of falling and fear of loud noises. Every other fear we have learned while growing up.

This means that a phobia is something that we have learned from somewhere or someone. Emotions emphasize anything is the result of our perception. Our perception is the result of our experience of life and the meaning we place on them. So if you have a phobia of spiders, the fear you feel is the result of your perception of spiders. Your perception of the spider is the result of all the experiences of your life with them and it means you have attached to the experiences. Each medication for anxiety in phobic must involve a change of perception.

To eliminate the anxiety of specific phobia you have to work with the subconscious mind to release the negative emotions associated with any past experience with the object triggers. When you ask what phobia means that only the result of the subconscious mind has paired with the level of intense fear phobic object. To call any disorder phobia is to conclude that there is something wrong with the mental processes of the people involved.

For me no one is broken. When I work with people that I see them as a manufacturer of exceptional results that work perfectly in every way. Our mind works just like a computer. We are only able to produce results that correspond to the software that we have. Our software is the accumulation of life experiences and meanings that we have placed on them.

A phobia is simply the result of someone producing. They have the necessary life experience and apply the necessary meaning to experiences to enable them to produce those results. Although we can not go back and change our life experience can change the meaning we have applied to the experiences. This creates an automatic change in perception that allows us to change the results and get help anxiety attacks.

To change the meaning we have attached to certain life experiences we have to let go of negative emotions that have been deposited with it. Whenever a particular memory triggered mind sends signals to the relevant organs of the body so that you can feel the emotion paired with the memory. In the case of traumatic memory, each time triggering this process / response that effectively create and add to the evidence of the original trauma. Unless you do something to disrupt the trigger mechanism / response, you are doomed to keep repeating the past.

If you have been afraid of spiders in 100 different life experiences then mind you have 100 different pieces of evidence to say that the spider is something to be afraid of. Until you provide irrefutable evidence in mind that the opposite is true will not let go of fear and eliminate anxiety. The only irrefutable evidence that the mind will accept is to be in a situation with a spider in which he did not feel fear in the body. It sounds like a catch 22.

Quantum theory has given us new insights into what it means phobia. It has been possible to create a new healing modality that produces results that seem miraculous. I work with a new girl who has developed a phobia earthquake. Every time a big truck drove past his house, and shook it in any way, it causes him to go into a panic attack. 6 months previously he had been involved in the actual earth tremors, and this is the source of the phobia.
