Dietary habits can really affect the quality of the health of our eyes. For example, studies show that physicians now identify the relationship between poor eating habits with eye diseases. For this reason, it is important to significantly reduce or eliminate poor dietary habits and abstain from substances that can actually worsen your eyesight. Things are bad for your vision to include several risk factors for eye problems such as smoking and excessive consumption of junk food constantly.

Smoking - Here are some of the effects of smoking on the health of the eye: According to health experts smoking may increase the risk of eye problems such as cataracts compared with individuals who are not smokers where the risk is lower.
