Health in Women Over 40

Written by on ,

Health in women over 40 is more sensitive and often suffer from many unpleasant side effects approaching menopause. Their bodies turned into a furnace without temperature control valve. PMS can be a semi-permanent state. Their skin simultaneously back to spotty puberty and advancing age wrinkles. Good night's sleep can be memorable as night sweats, palpitations and insomnia hold them in unrelenting grip of steel. Waistlines expand, sometimes alarming, and clothing began to pinch and squeeze. Life can be very enjoyable for a decade, or often even longer.

While simple to moderate lifestyle and dietary changes can bring relief to many people, some recommendations may only aggravate the symptoms for others. I became one of the others. In the end, it was a completely unrelated incident that gave me the key. After some more research and experimentation soon myself, I know what's wrong. I also realized that I was not alone and that thousands of other women who find it immediately, and pretty much total, help from many people, if not all, symptoms.

I'm not talking about the miracle drug or a new diet fad. That sort of thing. I'm talking about nature. Of histamine, to be exact. A surprising number of women over 40 are, to some degree or another, histamine intolerance. By eliminating histamine from your diet for a month and then slowly introduce more food you can see what food you might react to and how.

Histamine is in many foods, especially: strawberries, raspberries, cherries, citrus fruits, exotic fruits, grapes, nightshades (tomatoes, eggplant / aubergine, etc.), chocolate, alcohol (except gin and vodka), red meat, dairy products , wheat, eggs, beans and nuts are many, tea and green tea, fermented foods, various types of fish and seafood, processed foods, soy products, some spices, and MSG.

If you think of histamine that may be contributing to your symptoms (hot flashes, palpitations, headache, migraine, indigestion, heart burn, bloating, abdominal discomfort, insomnia and irritability), or are not sure if it could be the cause, try eliminates many sources and see if you notice any improvement. It could also be a good idea to reduce the consumption of grain products (bread, pasta, baked goods), processed foods, fast foods, MSG, artificial sweeteners and sugar. See what you react and slowly introduce other foods back.

Histamine intolerance can be very difficult to determine and often misdiagnosed. Experimenting on yourself can give you an answer quick, easy and inexpensive. If you want a diagnosis that will be supported, by all means do so ask your doctor about it.
