Swap full-fat cream, mascarpone or cream cheese for a low-fat version. This can be anything from Greek yogurt, half-fat cream, cottage cheese or Greek. Finally, try to include a few seeds in the diet as well. Why not add some red beans for a curry? Or try to have baked beans on toast as a lunch meal, is not it?

The above example contains an amino acid called tryptophan. It is classified as an essential amino acid, because the body does not produce this, so it can only be accessed by certain foods. The above example will help regulate the body's appetite and sleep patterns.
