Three Keys to Enact Real and Lasting Change in The Mind, Body and Spirit

If the power of the will is a way to change your life, it will be easy. Unfortunately, that power is not enough. If you want to change your life, then you need a plan, and you need to get started with your beliefs. To try and separate the mind, body and soul to effect change in your life is not going to work.
Make changes based on universal human truths and laws of the universe. This law works in the same way every time for everyone as long as you apply it.

Here are three keys to enact real and lasting change in the mind, body and spirit that you need today. When you change these areas, then it will affect three major areas of your life: health, wealth and relationships.

1. Mind
What do you believe is really important for your success. A belief system that one makes you reach your goals and achieve your goal because you do not believe you can. When this conviction is rooted in the subconscious mind you, they are difficult, if not impossible, to get rid of. You have to change what you think, how you think and what you believe to affect the mind.

2. Body
If your body is out of shape, overweight or ill, it is difficult to make changes because you do not have the energy. According to Dr. Alex Loyd in "The Healing Codes," and he backs this up with scientific research, the memories are not stored in the mind. They are stored in the cell. The body must work in tangent with the mind and soul, and to do that, your body must be healthy and have the energy needed to do the job you need to do to achieve your goal. Eliminate the negative memories that are stored in your cells freeing energy to provide more energy to accomplish your tasks each day.

3. Spirit
Call it soul, spirit or consciousness, this is the part of you that contains personality, perceptions, feelings and thoughts beyond the logical mind. Some people see this as part of your eternal. Regardless of your beliefs about this part of you, it is part of what makes you who you are as an individual. This is the part of you that feel the world, and if you do not maintain and grow, it is impossible to change.

The three most important areas of your life are health, wealth and relationships. With good health, you have the energy to achieve your goals. Wealth, including money, provide the resources you need to achieve your goals. Good relationships make you a happy and meaningful life. Your focus when changing three three key areas.

To start the system is simple, and it occurs in three parts: 20 minutes of exercise, 20 minutes of reading and 20 minutes of meditation.
