Key to Meditation

Written by on ,

Meditation is the process of focusing the mind, and intentions that make it work. Intention is equivalent to what you want to achieve.

When we think of meditation we usually think about going to a quiet place still experience peace and tranquility, and everyone can achieve at least a level of tranquility on the first try.

Meditation is not about breathing, or breathing. It's about the mind. The key to meditation is to concentrate on the breath, physical objects, or mental images, just give something mind to focus on in order to help explain his pervading mind.

Cleaning mind mind is a challenge. Naturally, our thoughts are always in action. We are bombarded with thoughts all the time and learn how to soothe them is what makes the difference in how deep we go.

It is important to understand that refusing mind inherent in our nature, or make a wall to keep them, is counterproductive with deep meditation. Resistance keep us from surrender, and surrender is how deep meditation occurs. The more we surrender (release), the more we can experience.

Surrender means giving up control. When we try to control energy, mental, emotional or physical, we created a state of resistance. All energy, through any channel; mind, heart, or entities, should be allowed to pass through the centers to achieve nirvana (unity).

Integration is the goal, and the integration can not happen if we deny or reject any energy that permeates our space.

To achieve the highest level of intelligence and the deepest level of love, first of all we have to believe that everything is love lasts. Only ignorance, fear and judgment deter us from our potential.
Recognizing the value of the dark side of life experience is how we can receive, and then release, the so-called negative energy. Do not confuse acceptance with forgiving event. Understanding why, giving us the ability to accept that there is a cause of negative actions; it does not mean we agree with it.

There is always a value or a lesson to be learned from each event, and sometimes we have to look deep inside to find it. We are free to let go of fear, judgment, and the inherent resistance to specific events when we realize the value in it.

In meditation, energy wall built to protect us from seeing ourselves clearly melt. We are engaged in degrees, of resistance to anti-war, and experience the energy to flow more freely which makes us feel lighter and less burdened.

Teachers are in: the things we're looking for, it is doing the search.

Because we are the director of the show, we can say to yourself what to do when we go into meditation. The easiest way to integrate with the nature of mental energy (think energy), is to admit it.
See or be aware of thoughts or images as they bombard the mind and treat them as we would our breath. Enough to breathe in and blow them out. It is not necessary to react against them during meditation. We really can talk, and set our minds to do what we want.

Tell the thoughts or images that present themselves, that you will deal with them later, you realize that they need attention and you receive them. But for now, they will move through you and relax in each wave of the air you breathe and blow. As your mind relax, you relax. You relax because you've let go of the need to move them away, and they relax because you have allowed them to come through. You do not share your intentions energy, but integrate with it.

When we treat our minds like the energy just want acknowledgment and acceptance, we can embrace the energy of love, and love is the main driving force towards our goal.

We must treat each external disturbances such as noise, in the same way we do our minds. Do not fight them. Let them go through the breath and let go of them like it, until they pass. Once we have integrated with the natural psychic, mental or energy, we can move to deeper levels of mind.
Now, we find patience. It is important that there are no expectations placed on what should or should not happen in meditation, beyond feeling relaxed.

Meditation requires patience and trust. Rest assured something that happens even if it feels otherwise. It is when the mind speaks his mind without words; when energy energy touches without feeling, and when healing frequencies of light to penetrate the soul.

Remember, meditation is a state of subjectivity, total surrender to God of our own understanding. Whatever lies at its core is the same for each of us. How do we define it entirely up to the individual.
Meditation is a process and the more we practice, the easier it gets. We build a sense of confidence in what will happen to create a place and time for meditation. It is very important for beginners.

When we choose a place and time for meditation we strengthen our faith, and strengthening that create and build a sense of hope. We hope to relax and let go. In time, the subconscious mind kicks in the minute we entered the designated space and antiwar circumstances that occur without effort.
Time to go into meditation is more important that the time to get out. Meditating with hours of placing elements of resistance in the process and is not recommended. Confidence when it's time to end, you will.

The peace we are looking for is peace on our own and through meditation, we can become what we have.
